1. Check the status (license) of the PC-CCTV program in the section "About".
If you have no license, PC-CCTV and PC-CCTV PRO won't work. You need to purchase valid license.2. Turn off and turn on PC-CCTV program. If you see message "Error. Port … is occupied by another application" see chapter "Message "Error. Port XXX is occupied by another application""
3. Change setting of the video in the section "Video encoder". Set resolution to 320x240 and frame rate to 1, compression quality to 25.
4. Check setting of your antivirus/firewall program, they may block stream or port. See manual of you antivirus/firewall or help at Forum.
