Cannot see video nether with DVR nor with VLC or web browser

1. Check the status (license) of the PC-CCTV program in the section "About".

If you have no license, PC-CCTV and PC-CCTV PRO won't work. You need to purchase valid license.

2. Turn off and turn on PC-CCTV program. If you see message "Error. Port … is occupied by another application" see chapter "Message "Error. Port XXX is occupied by another application""

3. Change setting of the video in the section "Video encoder". Set resolution to 320x240 and frame rate to 1, compression quality to 25.

If video stream starts and you can see picture, check chapter "No video stream when parameters: resolution, frequency, quality set to high values".
If there is no video, disconnect computer from network. Start VLC on the same computer where PC-CCTV program runs (use stream " RTP over UDP". See chapter section "Access URLs".
If you can see video then your network has problem or there is another application which is overloading network. Contact your network administrator for help.

4. Check setting of your antivirus/firewall program, they may block stream or port. See manual of you antivirus/firewall or help at Forum.
